Throttle Position (TP) Sensor Intermittent The TP sensor circuit is monitored by the PCM for sudden TP rotation angle (or voltage) input change through the comprehensive component monitor (CCM). If during the last 80 warm-up cycles in key ON engine running the PCM detects a TP rotation angle (or voltage) changes beyond the minimum or maximum calibrated limit, a continuous diagnostic trouble code (DTC) is stored. Poor continuity through the TP sensor connectors Poor continuity through the TP harness Intermittent open or short inside the TP sensor While accessing the TP V PID on the scan tool, lightly tap on the TP sensor or wiggle the TP sensor connector and harness.

Gear changes are accomplished by a command from the TCM to energize the clutch actuator to release the clutch; after which various actuators inside the transmission disengage the current gear, and depending on current operating conditions, engage the next higher or lower gear ratio. All of this happens much faster than a human driver could change gears, and in most applications, gear changes are as smooth and seamless as on any fully automatic transmission.

C0394 Error Code Repair Process :

If your vehicle failed a C0394 test and the C0394 Check Engine Light is NOT on, chances are you have a problem with the OBDII system, a burned out MIL lamp, or a faulty catalytic converter. The converter is essentially an afterburner that cleans up the exhaust after it exits the engine. The OBDII system uses air bag passenger circuit resistance low or shorted together a ownstream oxygen sensor to monitor the efficiency of the converter, and it should detect a drop in converter efficiency if the converter has been contaminated or is failing (ignition misfiring, leaky exhaust valves, and oil burning can all damage the converter). What you want to look air bag passenger circuit resistance low or shorted together: Any conditions that might cause ignition misfire, an overly rich or lean fuel condition, or loss of compression. Use your OBD Express DIY to look at the oxygen sensor outputs, coolant temperature, airflow, calculated engine load, and inlet air temperature.

Wrench Tool C0394 is a kind of Chassis Trouble Code

Diagnosing chassis noises can be one of the most frustrating problems technicians face. Fortunately, manufacturers have engineered noise, vibration and harshness (NVH) diagnostic techniques and equipment to find the source of the noise.

Common Causes of C0394

A common cause of code C0394 is the failure of Air Bag Passenger Circuit Resistance Low or Shorted Together, but there are several other possible causes as well, such as ;
